We understand that occasionally customers may order products incorrectly or no longer need the products once they arrive. Please follow the guidelines and we will help you return or exchange the items fast and efficiently. However, due to the nature of the business of out-of–production components you must act promptly to avoid losing the option to get a replacement or refund.You may request an RMA if the item you received is dead on arrival, you ordered the incorrect part or we shipped the incorrect part.Products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Electronicsz4Sale must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, shipping damage, or defective product) within 7 (seven) business days from receipt of product. All RMA’s must be requested online.
If you wish to return merchandise you must request an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Electronicsz4Sale must receive the product within 10 days of receipt of the RMA number.
The following guidelines must be completed to ensure the RMA will be honored:
1. Proper packaging of the returned product
2. RMA and Warranty time periods are adhered to
3. All accessories are returned with product
4. Provide the return reason and a detailed description.
RMA number is visible on the shipping label, do not write on the retail box.
A restocking fee applies to all returned products unless: Electronicsz4Sale finds the product is defective according to manufacturer specifications or the order was damaged during shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases where the restocking fee applies.
Electronicsz4Sale reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair (by sending it to the manufacturer), or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
All refused packages will be accepted back in stock and credit will be processed within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the merchandise less a restocking fee and shipping charges.
No refunds will be made after 30 days from date of invoice. However, replacement under the warranty still remains in effect. Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 30 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account.
Electronicsz4Sale will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. Please email the RMA department: rma@Electronicsz4Sale.com
